Gerard or Jard is passionate in his pursuit in everything he does especially towards growth and acquiring more skills. Having shifted careers from public relations to various fields of real estate, entrepreneurship and recently, business brokerage.
He finds pleasure in meeting people. In fact, he has built several friendships in his profession as a public relations practitioner for 17 years which eventually led to entrepreneurial pursuits and real estate. Relationships are built in trust, good faith and confidence. Good relationships can never be compromised so he exerts the effort to maintain the harmonious bond established.
